Dumas obtained certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Behaviour Change Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She began a career that transformed lives because she had knowledge and a passion to empower others.
For almost five years, Dumas was a group exercise instructor at VASA exercise in Layton, Utah. She developed effective training regimens such as Cycle, CX Worx, Body Combat, and Grit for a wide range of clientele with various fitness objectives. Within the fitness community, she was well-known for motivating individuals to challenge themselves. Career For four years, Heather Dumas Dumas worked outside of the gym as a Utah BNI North Director. She was an adept leader who inspired professionals to collaborate for achievement.
Her period served as evidence of her commitment to establishing reliable business ties and networks. Dumas taught skiing at Snowbasin Resort in Huntsville, Utah, for almost ten years. She left a lasting impression on her pupils’ skiing adventures by imparting technical knowledge and igniting a passion for the sport. With HD Transformations, Dumas became a Healthy Lifestyle Strategist in 2017.
