Jon Burkett – WTVR CBS 6 wrote; “Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in last night’s fatal stabbing as Harry Claiborne, III, 62, of Powhatan. Last night at approximately 8:32 p.m., RPD officers were called to the 3900 block of Hull Street Road for the report of a person stabbed. Officers arrived and located an adult male on a sidewalk, Claiborne, III, suffering from an apparent stab wound. He was transported to a local hospital where last night he succumbed to his injury. The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.”
