The woman, who is 45 years old, recently stated that her doctor called her while she was on vacation in St. Barts in March to inform her of the results of a recent mammography exam. She said that she was “having the time of [her] life” during that trip.The reality actress announced her diagnosis of breast cancer on Instagram on Wednesday, writing, “I have breast cancer.” She went on to say that the news was difficult to comprehend and that it took “a while to process it all.”
Abraira, who became a cast member of “RHOM” during the fourth season, has expressed her appreciation to her audience for their “caring gestures.” She explained that she is “preparing for my upcoming surgery,” and that “then will come my treatment plan.” In addition to this, Abraira promised to keep a cheerful attitude while utilizing her catchphrase “guerdyfy” to motivate and encourage those who follow her. “I will ‘guerdyfy’ this cancer just as I have guerdyfied everything else in my life,” she proclaimed. The mother of two wrapped up her message by advising her followers to have routine screenings and remarking how “lucky” she was that doctors detected the condition at an earlier stage. “I am fortunate that this breast cancer was discovered at an early stage – it is still scary, of course, but I have love and support from those around me, and that alone is the fuel that I need,” she continued. “It is still scary, but it is still lucky that this breast cancer was discovered at an early stage.”
