Ginger Casey Death – Former Rhode Island NBC 10 WJAR News Anchor Ginger Casey has sadly passed away. He died on Wednesday the 20th September 2023 surrounded by her beloved family. She was pronounced dead in Houston at the age of 68. She was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that says “On Wednesday I lost one of the most important people in my life. I didn’t just lose my Aunt, I lost one of my role models, one of my biggest cheerleaders and one of my biggest supporters”. The exact cause of Ginger Casey’s death has not been released.

Ginger Casey Career

In the mid-1990s, Ginger co-anchored the 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts alongside Doug White. Her career took her to various prominent cities, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Houston, before she settled in Rhode Island in 1993. Following her tenure at NBC 10, Ginger Casey, along with her husband Don, established their residence in Wisconsin and, most recently, in New Mexico. Ginger Casey was a seasoned professional in the realm of broadcast news, boasting an impressive 25-year legacy in broadcast journalism, including an Emmy Award to her name.

She demonstrated remarkable versatility, having excelled as an anchor, reporter, and producer across major television networks and PBS.
