At the busy junction, the guy alighted from a gray Honda Accord and “presented a handgun,” according to Kane County Sheriff Ron Hain. The suspect was also being tackled by a police dog at the same moment. According to Hain, the dog bit the victim and was engaged in “an active struggle” with him.
