Gena Tew Death – The Instagram model reportedly nearly died from AIDS – Gena Tew, an Instagram model who has been associated with celebrities such as Chris Brown, Chief Keef, and Nick Cannon, reportedly nearly died from AIDS after staying undiagnosed for nearly a decade. In a video aired on Monday, Gena Tew told her fans that she doesn’t know when or how she caught the virus, but that her doctor said it had to be in her system for at least eight to ten years. She also claimed that she had not been examined throughout that period, and had only been examined when the symptoms became noticeably debilitating.
Tew did reluctantly acknowledge that she had been raped multiple times when homeless and living in New York City, and she implied that this was the apparent cause of her infection. The closely associated IG model also stated that she had received multiple free tattoos, with the blood-borne illness being spread by needles.
The 27-year-old also revealed that the infection caused her to lose a lot of weight, down to as low as 65 kg at one point. She added that she needed to undergo physical therapy just to get her body back into working order. Based on her age, she must have contracted AIDS between the ages of 17 and 19, according to her doctor’s assessment.

She also lost sight in one eye and the ability to walk as a result of the illness, but with physical therapy, she has since regained her mobility on her own. Tew modeled for The Cowl journal in 2015 and is a vocalist by trade. She’s covered Adele’s “Hello” and released a cover of Alina Baraz’s “Electrical Track” in early 2018. According to a 2018 story by Inked Journal, the Brooklyn-based model, who’s recognized for her unusual throat tattoo, had previously landed major engagements with shop Dolls Kill.
Gena Tew Obituary will be released by the family.
