The demise of Gary Shimanowitz, has really shaken the Habitat Vail Valley, as they are currently mourning. The organization brought to the public the news of Gary Shimanowitz’s passing, on Monday, February 28, 2022.
His sudden death is what has worsened the case as no one say his death coming. “We are heartbroken to share Gary Shimanowitz passed away suddenly on Friday after a morning of skiing.” Habitat Vail Valley posted on their page.
The cause of his death is still a mystery as it has not been mentioned.
They added that, “Gary was a fixture in our community and worked tirelessly in his role as VP of Beaver Creek Mountain Operations. We are one of many who will miss his big smile and gregarious personality.
