Francis Decero Cause Of Death, Obituary Unavailable Yet – The body of a missing man was discovered in South Philadelphia on Wednesday, prompting police to investigate a homicide.
According to fox29.com, Francis Decero, 25, was reported missing after he was last seen at his house shortly before midnight on April 26, 2022. Decero’s family discovered his car parked on the 2800 block of South 13 Street after he vanished, according to police.
A couple youths waved down Philadelphia police officers at 31st and Tasker Street on Wednesday about 3:30 p.m., reporting that they had seen a body in the brush on Douglas Street.
Officers discovered an unresponsive individual, later identified as Decero, who was suffering from physical damage. Responding paramedics pronounced him dead on the scene.
There were no weapons found at the scene, and no arrests were made. The investigation is still underway.
