Francesco Del Balso Death – A well-known organized crime member in Montreal has passed away According to reports, Francesco Del Balso died after he was shot multiple times in a targeted shooting Monday, Radio-Canada reported. The deadly incident happened near the corner of Deacon Street and Saint Régis Boulevard in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, a city in Montreal’s West Island.
Multiple officers with the Montreal police responded to the scene of the incident after receiving reports of a person shot and injured. According to the news channel, Del Balso was arrested as part of the Operation Colisée sweep of the Montreal Mafia in 2006. He was reportedly released ten-years later.Afyer his release in 2016, he was ordered back into prison over concerns for his safety. Del Balso was released again in 2017.
