Following A Car Crash In Newington, A Pedestrian Suffered Significant Injuries– A car struck a man in Newington on Monday night, seriously injuring him.
At around 9:30 p.m., police were called to the intersection of Richard Street and Willard Avenue in response to a complaint of a pedestrian accident.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital, according to the police. It is said that they have major injuries.
The driver of the car that was in the crash remained on the site and is assisting the authorities.
The Mid-State Accident Reconstruction Squad is still looking into the event.
