Fire reported at Broadway Square Mall in Tyler, TX today – A fire outbreak was reported at Broadway Square Mall in Tyler, TX. Multiple emergency crews were called to the scene after a fire broke out in the area. Firefighters arrived to find flames coming out of the roof. The Tyler Fire Department was able to discover that the source of the fire was a dumpster outside of the shopping center that was packed with cardboard. Davis stated that some people did leave Dillard’s when they observed what was happening, but there was not a coordinated evacuation of the building.
