Easton Kraaima Death – A 26-year-old motorcyclist has died after an accident with another vehicle in Weber County. The victim has been identified as Easton Kraaima. According to reports, Easton Kraaima, a longtime resident of South Ogden, Utah passed away from injuries sustained following the crash in which his motorcycle collided with a car in Roy. Thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family during this difficult time.
How did the crash happen?
Stewart Hackworth from the Roy Police Department said that officers went to the crash at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday near where 4800 South and 1900 West meet in Roy. Easton Kraaima was driving south on 1900 West when a man driving a car in the northbound lane and in the turn lane at 4800 South hit him.
The car’s driver said he didn’t see the biker, which led to the crash and Kraaima falling off his bike. Rescue workers came to the scene and took Kraaima away. It was still not clear if he died on the way to the hospital or at the hospital. The driver of the car with people in it stayed at the spot and helped the police. Even though the event was still being looked into, Hackworth said there was no sign of impairment.
