Dylan Robert Maas Death -31-year-old Dylan Robert Maas of Sleepy Eye following a crash that happened when two semis collided, the collision left a 32-year-old Golden Valley man seriously injured early Wednesday morning at a junction between Darfur and St. James. According to the State Patrol, Dylan Robert Maas was killed when the 1995 Freightliner he was driving east on Highway 30 and a 1998 Kenworth that had been traveling south on Watonwan County Road 5 collided at 8:23 in the morning. The Kenworth had been traveling southbound on Watonwan County Road 5.
According to the state patrol, Cody James Crowley, the driver of the Kenworth, is currently receiving treatment at the Hennepin County Medical Center for injuries that are considered to be life-threatening.

A 24-year-old guy suffered several fractures to one of his legs after the pickup truck he was driving ran off the road in Watonwan County, hit two trees, and then wound up in a stream bed, according to the authorities. According to the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office, the collision took place on 650th Avenue around one in the afternoon, just to the north of 430th Street.
When the accident occurred, Tyler Nelson was driving south on 650th Avenue in his 1999 Chevrolet Silverado when his pickup drifted into the other lane of traffic, slid into the ditch, hit two trees, and came to a rest in a creek bed. Nelson was transported to the North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, Minnesota via airlift by the crews. According to the officials, he may have suffered further injuries in addition to the broken leg.
The investigators are still trying to determine what caused the crash.
