Dr. Edward Pina Death – Famous Houston Plastic Surgeon Dr. Edward Pina of Baytown, Texas has sadly passed away. He died on leaving family, friends and patient in shock and disbelief. He was confirmed dead through a Facebook post made on Wednesday 31st May 2023 that reads “Gone too soon. It was a pleasure knowing and working with you, Dr. Edward Pina”. The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of Dr. Edward Pina’s death has not been known.

Dr. Edward Pina was a surgeon who has been certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, making him a Double Board Certified Surgeon. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas Tech University in 1985 after attending that institution. After that, he continued his education at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, where he eventually earned his doctor of medicine degree in 1989.
He completed his residency in General Surgery at the illustrious Beth Israel Medical Centre in New York City. While there, he was honored with the coveted Leon Ginsberg Award for excellent Chief Resident and studied in that specialty. After that, he went back to Houston, where he has been practicing advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery for the past 20 years and gaining experience throughout that time.
