Donald Stallworth III Cause Of Death, Obituary Not Yet available – A North Chicago resident has been identified as the motorcyclist who died after colliding with an ambulance in Waukegan on Monday afternoon.
According to dailyherald.com, a city press release, Donald Stallworth III, 23, died from injuries sustained in the incident near Lake and South Genesee streets.
A Waukegan ambulance was taking a patient from the 200 block of Martin Luther King Jr Dr. to Vista Medical Center East when it collided with Stallworth at about 2:50 p.m. Monday, according to officials.
Another ambulance took Stallworth to Vista Medical Center, where he died. Both ambulance crew members involved in the crash, according to authorities, had many years of experience. The accident is still being investigated.
