Doc Jen Death – Doctor of Chiropractic – Jennifer Nunnally, the owner of Hoosier Sports & Chiropractic has passed away unexpectedly. Jennifer Nunnally affectionately known to many as Doc Jen, a resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana was announced dead on Friday, the 14th of April 2023. She died at the age of 49. Please keep Doc Jen’s family, friends, patients, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

There was no cause of death reported for Doc Jen at the time of this publication. She was an absolutely beautiful person inside and out with a heart unmatched. “The news of the passing of fellow Jeeper, Doc Jen, has us in shock and sadness this morning. Who was Doc Jen?

Doc Jen put together the Chiropractic Healthcare team for the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup. The team had 19 DCs, 2 ATCs, 1 PT, 21 students, and 12 LMTs. At the Central American Games in Cartegena, Colombia, in 2006, she was a resident on the medical board. Doc Jen has also been the official chiropractor for the Fort Wayne Freedom professional indoor football team and the semi-pro football teams Wolfpack and Classic City Crush for the last four years.

She was a member of the board and a nurse file inspector for Home Care Services, which is a big company that provides home health services. Doc Jen is a provider for Spectracell, Diagnostics, ELISA/ACT, Doctors Data, and other labs. At my office, we focus on putting “health” back into healthcare.

Doc Jen has a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in both Anatomy and Health and Wellness. She was trained in the Graston TechniqueTM and also used Kinesiotape, but she wasn’t trained in that. She got her CCCN (Certification in Clinical Neurology) in 2006 and was in the process of finishing the post-graduate study for CCSP (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician). Doc Jen has also done 50 hours of post-graduate work with the Carrick Institute in Neurobehavioral Disorders: ADHD, but she is not qualified for it.
