Devonte Beverly 19 Passed Away From Middletown shooting, 2 injured in Ohio: The victim of the shooting that took place early on Sunday morning on Sheffield Street in Middletown has been identified as a male who was seated in a car at the time of the event. The shooting took occurred on Sheffield Street. 19 years old was the age of the victim. The information that was released by the Butler County Coroner’s Office indicates that Devonte Malachi Beverly was discovered to have passed away at the scene of the event, where two other individuals were found to have sustained injuries.
According to the findings of the investigation, Beverly’s death was the result of a gunshot wound, and it has been determined that the circumstances surrounding his death constitute a homicide. At approximately 3:25 in the morning, a drive-by gunshot took place in the 1700 block of Sheffield, which is located in close proximity to Sheldon Avenue. A site that was close to Sheldon Avenue was where the shooting took place.
The remarks given by the police indicate that the victims were shot while they were sitting in a vehicle. This is in conformity with the previous statements. Patients who sustained injuries were sent to the Atrium Medical Centre for treatment, and it is believed that they will be able to recover from their injuries. Middletown’s Deputy Chief of Police, Earl Nelson, confirmed that the investigation is still ongoing; however, as of Tuesday morning, there have been no arrests made. The investigation is still ongoing.
