Denise Ann Hatcher Death – The Alameda County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the woman who passed away in People’s Park; however, they have reported that they have been unable to inform the victim’s family members. The body of the deceased woman was discovered on March 21 in People’s Park by an advocate for the homeless, according to the coroner’s office. She went by the name Denise Ann Hatcher and was a Caucasian woman 63 years old.
According to Sgt. Keith Leeper, the reason of her death is not yet known; however, it does not appear that she was wounded or that she was the victim of a crime. Leeper stated that the coroner’s office does not reveal the identify of a deceased person before notifying their family, but the agency has been unable to locate her family members despite their best efforts.

Video footage seized by police during the inquiry showed him wandering about the Marina Village Yacht Harbor at around 2:00 a.m. on March 18. On Wednesday, law enforcement reported finding Ambriz floating in the harbor area.
Police stated after the missing 56-year-old Alameda man, Angel Ambriz was found dead that “this passing is devastating for our community. Please keep his grieving loved ones in your thoughts during this difficult time.” Detectives and the Coroner’s Bureau of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office will continue to investigate, according to the police.
