Death: Paula Collins Has Died After A Short Illness – Paula Collins died according to a Facebook post created on April 14, 2022. St. Pats Juvenile GAA Club, announced the passing of Collins it was said that she was sick for just 10 short months & fought the good fight until the very end.
St. Pats Juvenile GAA Club wrote on Facebook; “As a mark of respect, the No. 2 jersey worn by Paula for St. Pat’s will not be used by our Junior team for the remainder of the season. The Progressive 45 cards in Coolnasmear have also been canceled for today. One of Paula’s former teammates had this to say about her untimely passing.
“Things happen in life that stop you in your tracks – hearing the heartbreaking, uncomprehending news that Paula Nugent has passed away this morning is certainly one of them.”
