Joan, wife to Salvatore Ferraro senior is one of the masterminds behind Ferraros legacy.
Her and Salvatore Ferraro senior started there business back in 1952 at their meat market “Mowhawk Market” and now 70 years later Ferraros meat market of North Haven is run by her children. They had four amazing boys who followed into her footsteps to take over the family business.”
