Death; Chris Hendrickson 19 Passed Away From motorcycle Accident in Vista: A man, 19, lost his life in a horrific motorbike accident in Vista on Thursday afternoon, a day before his twentieth birthday and only hours after he had received his license. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department reports that the collision happened on Thursday at around 1 p.m. in Vista, in the 2000 block of Hacienda Drive. After colliding with a Subaru hatchback with his Suzuki motorcycle, Chris Hendrickson was brought to the hospital, where he eventually passed away.
The Subaru driver got away with it. For several hours, all east and westbound traffic on Hacienda Drive was momentarily stopped due to an accident involving Via Centre and Thunder Drive. Friends who spoke with NBC 7 only hours before the terrible motorbike incident said he had acquired his license. Chris’s friends and coworkers gathered near the accident scene on Thursday night to pay tribute to him. Visitors brought candles and bouquets of flowers. Everyone was singing Chris’s birthday song, leaping up and down and exclaiming, “We love you, Chris!”
Chris’s friends and family are startled to learn about this calamity. A Chick-fil-A business owner and operator in Vista told NBC 7 that Chris was one of Louis Gomez’s best employees. He was well-liked by all of his coworkers, including his numerous friends and bosses. You can see behind me that everyone who knew Chris loved him. Always hopeful. This man could never be denigrated by anyone.
He can make friends with everyone. We also obtained the information that Chris would handle complaints from disgruntled clients. He talked with each person for five to ten minutes, genuinely interested in them and wanting to have a positive impression. According to Gomez, “Even one team member asked him [Chris], ‘How do you stay so positive?’ and he said, ‘Because life is beautiful,'” stated Gomez.
Gomez also mentioned that Chris received his motorbike license on Thursday morning and that he will be celebrating his 20th birthday on Friday. Gomez said Chris was thorough and kind. He’s among the most reliable people I’ve ever encountered. We are aware that Chris’s contributions to the team have put Chick-fil-A in a far stronger position today. Gomez gave everyone assurances going forward that Chris will be missed.
Gomez said that Chris’ Chick-fil-A would host a celebration on Friday to honor his twentieth birthday. Gomez claims that a GoFundMe page has already been established to assist the Hendrickson family with the costs of the funeral. Gomez intends to throw a fundraiser during which the restaurant’s earnings will be divided among Chris’s family. Noah Hendrickson, Chris’s elder brother, was the one who spoke with NBC 7.
While I do occasionally feel depressed, taking care of my mother and sister and making ends meet are currently my top priority. Noah remarked, “I’m the only guy in the house now that he’s gone.” Chris’s coworker Aline Ruiz, the executive director of Chick-fil-A, said of him, “He was always happy.” According to preliminary investigation, there was no involvement of alcohol or drugs in the crash. The crash is presently being looked into by traffic squad officers from the Sheriff’s Vista station.
