Adam Beery Obituary, Cause Of Death: According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 17-year-old Union man was killed in a two-vehicle crash west of Union on Wednesday night.
According to the highway patrol, a 2009 Chevrolet Impala driven by 17-year-old Adam Beery was eastbound on Highway 50 near the intersection with St. Jordans Road at 9:32 p.m.
At 9:43 p.m., Union Ambulance District officials pronounced Beery dead and took him to the St. Louis County Morgue, according to officials. Dement was brought to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by ambulance after suffering serious injuries.
As reported by emissourian.com, Officials stated Beery was wearing a seatbelt while Dement was not.
According to the highway patrol, Beery lost control and collided with Vickie A. Dement, 59, of Gerald, who was driving a westbound 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Grand Cherokee hit with the right side of the Impala, according to officials.
