Princess Doe’s body found 40years ago identified – In New Jersey cemetery 40 years ago a body that was found but unidentified was announced by the officials on Friday, July 15th, 2022, as the body of a missing teenager, Princess Doe. Princess Doe is a 17-year-old teenager from West Babylon, New York, the Warren County, New Jersey.
Snbc13.com reporting – The Long Island teenager’s name is Dawn Olanick and the officials have made an arrest of a man suspected to be the murderer of Dawn Olanick. Princess Doe was reportedly killed after she refused to be forced into prostitution by a suspect. The body remains were discovered by the officials on July 25, 1982, in Blairstown, northwest New Jersey, not far from the Pennsylvania border. It was stated that she was beaten beyond recognition before she finally died.
Arthur Kinlaw, 68, was suspected and charged for first-degree murder and has been sent to serve 20 years to life in Sullivan County, New York. Kinlaw is currently serving the jail term. Princess Doe was confirmed according to the authority on the 25th of April and was given a befitting burial after she was identified.
She was buried by locals who stay in the area, and when authorities tried to identify her, they gave her the name Princess Doe and buried her. A gravestone was placed near her burial place which shows and revealed her name, the gravestone bears the inscription that reads as follows, “Princess Doe. Missing from home. Dead among strangers. Remembered by all.” The identity of an a lawyer that could defend Kinlaw, the suspect, against the new allegations was not immediately known.
Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer while in a News conference with New Jersey State Police and other law enforcement and assisting agencies explained that after several years the case of Princess Doe was not closed as investigation continued until she was identified. James Pfeiffer said “For 40 years, law enforcement has not given up on Princess Doe.”
