On May 18, 2023, at the age of 56, David Paul Letunik passed away in the comfort of his own home. On February 25, 1967, he was brought into this world by his adoptive parents, the late Thomas Letunik and the late Elsie Letunik. Rob Pelc, Dave’s devoted husband and soul partner in Plum, is the only person he leaves behind. The couple had been married for 15 and a half years, and during that time they were absolutely inseparable. Rob mourn the death of David Paul Letunik.
There was never a day that went by that they did not spend it together doing something fun like traveling, having a cocktail, going on their annual “FRIDAYS” outings, or working on their gorgeous pond and landscaping.
Dave is also survived by his “Mama Jean” Pelc; in-laws Tina and Barry O’Block, Rose and Mark Cestra, Nick and Colleen Pelc, and Amber Chaney (Dave Sproull); nieces and nephews Barry Jr., Brooke, Blaze and Brock O’Block; nieces and nephews Taylor and Markus Cestra; Evan and Aria Pelc; Carter, Zoe and Alexa Chaney; Addison and Avery Sproull;
Dave passed away quite rapidly as a result of his sickness; however, he was regularly showered with love by his “Sunday Mornings with Zsa Zsa” cast and crew, which included Bob, Sue, Kathy, Denise, Andy, Ashley, Alyssa, Amedeo, Eileen, Doritta, Sharon, and a large number of other people.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, and the funeral will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday at the Maurice L. Knee, Ltd. Funeral Home, located at 7663 Saltsburg Road in Plum (directly across from S&T Bank).
