Death: The identify of the suspected killer was exposed by a social media post in an alleged murder-suicide – According to a press statement from the BCSO, the body discovered in a parked vehicle on the south side of the Hathaway Bridge’s west end has been identified as David Haram, a Panama City Beach resident who died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
As reported by newsherald.com, The name of one person found deceased on Wednesday morning following what looks to be a murder-suicide has been announced by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the release, Haram’s scary social media post “caused investigators to believe (he) had killed someone and then intended to kill himself near the Hathaway Bridge,” which “led investigators to suspect (he) had killed someone and then wanted to kill himself near the Hathaway Bridge.”
“The investigation is still ongoing,” the announcement states, “but investigators now believe the evidence shows this was a murder-suicide.” “They suspect (Haram) killed the victim, then posted about it on social media before killing himself.”
The second body was discovered in the residence referenced in the social media post by deputies. Obituary not available at the moment.
