Darrin was a kind and loving soul who touched the lives of so many people. He loved a good car wash, crispy bacon, loud sound systems and his slipping cash into a handshake.
He loved his family dearly and was proud of his vibrant professional network. He felt your love and support as he built a community with you – sharing his thoughts and reacting to yours – giving and receiving messages of support, encouragement, and connection. About Darrin Delange
Since 1995, Darrin has been a successful lawyer. He has worked as a Judicial Law Clerk, an Assistant Attorney General for Arizona, a private lawyer, and an unbiased mediator. As an attorney, Darrin specialized in appeals, civil rights litigation, business law, personal injury and medical malpractice, and insurance defence law. However, as an experienced “Generalist” who knows how to research the law and apply it fairly, he also takes on many other types of disputes.
Darrin has been in front of the Arizona Superior Courts, the Arizona Court of Appeals, and the Arizona Supreme Court, as well as the Federal District Court of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, many times. In 1994, Darrin got his law degree from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Journal and a part of the school’s ABA National Moot Court Team.
During his time at the College of Law, he also got an Honor in Legal Writing. In 1991, Darrin got a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English from Brigham Young University Provo, where he was also a BYUSA Vice President. From 1990 to 1991, Darrin was The University Ombudsman at BYU, where he helped settle many disagreements between students and between tenants and landlords. Darrin and his wife Amy just moved from Arizona to Utah to be closer to their family. In 2023, Darrin started DELANGE MEDIATION, a full-time business that helps people solve their problems in person and online.
