Kris Fisk and Daniel Fisk Death – Daniel Fisk has passed away at the age of 67. Daniel Fisk died along with his brother Kris Fisk after they were both reported missing. Wilkes-Barre state trooper William J. Evans said in a statement that the bodies of two missing brothers were discovered in Pikes Creek Reservoir in Lehman Township on Wednesday night. Evans states that Daniel Fisk, a 67-year-old Noxen resident, and Kris Fisk, 58, of Harveys Lake, has both been missing since January 4, 2023.
During the course of the missing person’s investigation into Daniel Fisk, The police said Kris Fisk was also reported missing on January 4 by family members. Evans noted that fishing poles were discovered next to the bodies, therefore it seems unlikely that their deaths were the result of foul play. Evans also added that the investigation is looking into whether or not the two brothers were ice fishing at the time and whether or not they went through the ice.
There will be plans made for autopsies. Evans stated that the vehicle driven by Daniel Fisk, a Subaru Crosstrek, was discovered on Tuesday night about 11 o’clock local time close to the reservoir. A comprehensive search of the area was conducted on Wednesday by personnel of the Criminal Investigations Unit, the Forensic Services Unit, the Aviation Unit, a drone, as well as the canine and fire marshal teams.
According to Evans, the Germania Dive Team, the Lake Winola Fishing Company, and a state police marine remote operated vehicle were the ones who discovered the two brothers fishing in the water with poles. They were discovered to be dead at the scene of the accident where they had been involved. Evans made this assertion as he was speaking with members of the media in Hanover Township, which is located outside of the Wilkes-Barre barracks of the Pennsylvania State Police.

The Pikes Creek Reservioir is owned by the Pennsylvania American Water Company. This reservoir can be found along state Route 29 and is in close proximity to Lake Silkworth. The total land area encompassed by the impoundment is 400 acres. The fishing from the shore is allowed in certain places defined by the water company.
