Crystal Wyrick Death – The Pine Bluff Police Department announced the death of one of their officers on Tuesday. The victim has been identified as Officer Crystal Wyrick. According to reports, Pine Bluff Police Officer Crystal Wyrick passed away after collapsing in the hospital. Lt. Defoor said that Wyrick went to Baptist Health and collapsed when she entered the hospital. She died on April 3rd 2023. Thoughts and prayers are with the officer’s family, friends and the PBPD family and with Pine Bluff High class of 2004.
Pine Bluff Police Department released a statement regarding the death of a beloved officer:
“Pine Bluff Police Department mourns the loss of one of our own, Officer Crystal Wyrick, Badge #7410. Officer Wyrick was a 5-year veteran of the department and was assigned to the Swing-Shift Patrol Division. Please keep Officer Wyrick’s family, friends, and the PBPD family in your prayers.”

Defoor also said that Wyrick had several surgeries, but she died in the end. A Jefferson County coroner’s report is being made, and the police are waiting for it. Officer Crystal Wyrick of Pine Bluff, Arkansas had been with the department for 5 years and was in charge of the Swing-Shift Patrol Division.
