A man in his fifties was stabbed severally in broad daylight in The Greenway – On Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, in Uxbridge, a man was stabbed to death outside a grocery store. The incident happened at about 7 p.m. on Wednesday and the victim that was not identified was said to be in his fifties. He was found by the authorities in The Greenway at 7 pm on Wednesday with a stab injury to his chest. The victim and the person that stabbed him were not reported to have been in an argument prior to the time of the incident.
According to mylondon.news, on Wednesday night, police discovered the victim, who is believed to be in his 50s, in The Greenway with a chest wound from a stab. Some moment after he was discovered by the authorities, another man who seems to be in his forties presented himself at a neighborhood police station and was detained on suspicion of the murder of the victim that was stabbed to death. The man whose identity was not released is still being held. The Standard has seen images of a man who is laying on the ground with blood all over his clothing.
The police were called to report the incident at the junction of Cowley Road and The Greenway, Uxbridge by an unidentified person. According to report a Scotland Yard spokesman said: “Police were called to reports of a stabbing at the junction of Cowley Road and The Greenway, Uxbridge.” The authorities are still investigating the incident. It was not stated what caused the incident as the suspect is yet to mention it to the police. The names of the victim and also that of the suspect are yet to be released to the public at the time of this publication.
