Cody Norris Death – Family and friends have taken to social media to mourn the death of Cody Norris who passed away recently. He died in a deadly motorcycle accident in Morgan Township on Sunday 21st May 2023. The news of his death was made known through a post made by a family member that says “Please keep my son, Pete Studer, and his family(Christina, Joe, Jake) in prayer. They were notified last night that their son and brother, and my grandson, Cody Norris, was involved in a motorcycle accident and passed away from his injuries”.
How did the accident happen?
Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol stated that they believe that speed and alcohol were contributing factors in a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred on Sunday evening. The collision took place on State Route 45 at Shaffer Road in Morgan Township just a few minutes before 8 o’clock in the evening. Authorities reveal that Cody Norris, 27, was driving a 2017 Harley-Davidson motorbike southbound on State Route 45 when he went off the right side of the road and crashed.
After that, Norris was flung from the bike and collided with a guardrail. He was airlifted to the MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, but he could not survive his injuries and passed away there. Troopers added Norris did not have a helmet on his head.
