Cody Blair Cause of Death, Obituary Unavailable yet – A local youngster was killed in an accident in Effingham County’s southern section on Monday afternoon. Cody J. Blair, 17, of Farina, died as a result of the accident.
According to thexradio.com, The crash happened at 1:47 p.m. on 300th Avenue, just west of 600th Street, west of Mason, according to Effingham County Coroner Kim Rhodes and the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department.
Blair’s eastbound vehicle, according to deputies, left the road, crossed a private property, and then went into a ditch. The vehicle became airborne as a result of this. The vehicle landed on the edge of the road and rolled down the road several times before coming to a stop in a ditch.
Blair was thrown out of the truck. According to Rhodes, the crash may have been caused by a medical condition. To aid in the investigation, the coroner’s office sought medical records, and toxicology tests were taken.
