Chris Texter Death – Christopher Texter of Ephrata, Pennsylvania has passed away, he was said to have died following a motorcycle accident. The fatal crash happened on Sunday, June 18, in Lancaster County. Jennifer Murr of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, wrote on Facebook that Chris was kinder and softer than most of the world knew, he was brilliant with a sense of humor somewhere between socially unacceptable.
“I was forever rooting for you Chris. A energy that could not be harnessed and a heart too big for this world….thank you for accepting me just as I was,” Jennifer wrote. Texter is a native Reinholds, Pennsylvania and graduated from Ephrata High School. Texter worked at Sunrise Transport.

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that involved many vehicles and caused the eastbound lanes of US 30 to be closed in Lancaster County. The accident took place at 7:13 p.m. on US 30 eastbound between the exit for PA 741 – Millersville/Rohrerstown and the exit for Harrisburg Pike near mile marker 263.8, as stated by the Manheim Township Police Department. The Subaru WRX, the Subaru Outback, and the Suzuki GSX-R1000 were the three vehicles that were involved in the collision, according to the police.
According to the office of the coroner, the deceased has been recognized as Thomas Hartenstine, a resident of Manor Township who was 21 years old. The witness testimony cited by the Manheim Township Police Department suggested that the motorbike collided with the Outback, which then caused the Outback to collide with the Subaru WRX. The person who was driving the WRX did not sustain any injuries. According to the police, two persons who were found inside the Outback were transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries before being discharged.
According to the findings of the coroner’s office, Hartenstine was taken to the Lancaster County Forensic Center when her body was discovered, and there it was found that she had died as a result of multiple traumatic injuries. It was determined that the cause of death was unintentional.
