Chris Smith Death – Chris Smith has allegedly passed away suddenly after suffering a brief illness. He was pronounced dead on Tuesday, the 118th of 2023. Who was Chris Smith?

The Jacksonville Jaguars selected him in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Smith also participated in games with the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals. At Arkansas, he played collegiate football. Smith studied at Mount Ulla, North Carolina’s West Rowan High School. He recorded 16.5 sacks and 98 tackles as a senior.

Smith participated in six games as a true freshman in 2010, making three tackles. He participated in 13 games with three starts as a sophomore in 2011. He recorded 31 stops and 3.5 sacks. He started each of the 12 games he played in as a junior in 2012, compiling 52 tackles and 9.5 sacks. He had 37 tackles and 8.5 sacks in 12 games as a senior in 2013.

Chris played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers, Las Vegas Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, Seattle Sea Dragons

On September 11, 2019, Petara Cordero, Smith’s girlfriend and the mother of one of his three children, was murdered after stepping out of Smith’s car, which was immobilized after striking a median. She was then struck by a passing automobile.[26][27] Chris passed away on April 17, 2023, when he was 31 years old.
