Cheyann Klus Death – Cheyann Klus who had been missing since December 2, 2017, has reportedly found dead. The circumstances surrounding how and where she was found were not released. Cheyann’s last known conversation with her close friend was on November 27, 2017, but she was located in the Chicago apartment as recently as December 2, 2017. On December 12, 2017, she placed a call to 911 from her phone, but the line was severed before the operator could take the call.
Cheyann Klus had only been missing for a few days when she was discovered missing over the Thanksgiving holiday. She was last seen or heard from on December 2, 2017, and no one has ever been able to locate her or find out where she is. It was later determined that she had been staying at the home of her boyfriend in Chicago on that day. When questioned, her partner stated that he had been asleep for 18 hours, and when he woke up, she was gone from their relationship. On the weekend before Thanksgiving, her best friend was the last person to actually speak to her, but she did not provide any answer to her friend’s message. No one did.
Two weeks later, in the middle of December, her phone placed a call to 911; however, the call was cut off before the dispatcher had a chance to answer it. Ping was found in a Forest Preserve in the suburbs of DuPage County, approximately forty-five minutes away from the location where she was reported missing on December 2. There was a thorough search of the region, but no trace of Cheyann’s belongings could ever be found.
Her friends and the Sheriff’s Office in DuPage County, Illinois, worked on an investigation and have been very thorough in following up on every lead and tip. The family is thankful to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office, and the countless other organizations and nonprofits that have gone above and beyond to help bring Cheyann back home.
Cheyann Klus Obituary and funeral plans will be released by the family at a later date…
