Death: Charlie Lee Thomas,29, Shot And Killed In Tuscaloosa Shooting – A 29-year-old man was killed and two others were injured in a shooting on 21st Street in Tuscaloosa on Saturday night. Charlie Lee Thomas, according to investigators, was slain in the shooting.
According to tuscaloosanews.com, Capt. Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, one person was brought to DCH Regional Medical Center and is now being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The other victim of the shooting was treated and released.
Around 10 p.m., officers from the Tuscaloosa Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 3500 block of 21st Street. The three shooting victims, according to Kennedy, were unrelated and did not return gunfire after being shot many times.
