Charles Malpass Death – University of Virginia Health Pulmonologist Charles Malpass has died. He was a resident of Charlottesville who died on Thursday 14th September 2023. He was pronounced dead at the age of 44 leaving this that knew him in grief. The news of his death was known through various publications made online. As at the time of this publications issued, details regarding the precise circumstances leading to his demise remain undisclosed.

According to UVA Health, Dr. Malpass was born in South Carolina and had a distinguished medical background. He completed his medical education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before embarking on a journey that led him to the University of Virginia Health. At UVA Health, he pursued his internal medicine residency training, followed by his pulmonary critical care fellowship training. His association with the UVA faculty dates back to 2013, establishing himself as an integral part of their medical community.

Dr. H. Charles Malpass, MD, assumes the role of director of bronchoscopy, where he specializes in harnessing advanced imaging techniques to diagnose lung and airway issues. Through the use of bronchoscopy, he employs a slender tube to explore the intricate passageways within a person’s respiratory system and examine their lung health.
