Chad Hunt Cause Of Death, Obituary Unavailable Yet – A man was killed and a woman was badly injured in a car accident in Phoenix early Friday. At around 4:20 a.m., Phoenix police received reports of a crash between 56th Street and Cactus Road, according to department spokesman Sgt. Andy Williams.

Hunt was pronounced dead at the site, while the sedan’s driver was rushed to a hospital in severe condition, according to Williams.
