After crashing his car in Hollywood early on Monday and running away from the fire, a man killed one person and badly hurt three others. The one-car crash happened in the 8200 block of West Sunset Boulevard just after 2:30 a.m. The Tesla Model X went off the road near Sunset and Marmont Lane and hit a sign and a tree.
The driver left the people in the car and the Tesla, which then went on fire. The man got into another car that was following the Tesla, and he was taken to a hospital. The unidentified driver is in critical condition, so cops can’t talk to him. However, they are sure he was driving the Tesla. People on the street helped get two women out of the car.
