Canoga Park Shooting – Around one in the morning on Wednesday near Canoga Park, a man in his late teens or early 20s was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head at an Arco petrol station. At the corner of Independence Avenue and Vanowen Street, there was a gunshot. The victim was awake when the police came. The victim was taken to the hospital, where his or her status is described as critical.
The suspects were a gang of males who may have engaged the victim in some sort of argument. According to the police, a white BMW and a white Dodge Charger were used to flee by the gang of four to five individuals. It appears that the victim and the suspects were strangers. Man was discovered dead in a park in Murrieta on Tuesday, but there is no indication of foul play, according to authorities.
