There are concerns today that the Queen may have met Covid after seeing Prince Charles just two days previously. The Prince of Wales disclosed earlier today that he had tested positive for the virus for the second time after being diagnosed with it in 2020.
His excursions in recent days have brought him into contact with Chancellor Rishi Sunak and Home Secretary Priti Patel, but the 73-year-old Prince is now isolated.
However, it was revealed yesterday afternoon that Prince Charles only saw his 95-year-old mother two days ago, at which time he could have been infected with the virus.
Buckingham Palace has refused to confirm or deny if The Queen has contracted covid or whether she has been tested, but has stated that she is currently exhibiting no symptoms.
