Death and Obituary : Brittany Helen Palmer was born on June 16, 1997 to the union of Vontria Williams-Mobley and Richard Palmer in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended school local Duval County schools graduating from Sandalwood High School in 2017. Brittany had ambitions to become a Registered Nurse.

Brittany suffered from a brain injury, due to a car accident, and directed her energy to assisting individuals with brain injuries. She wanted to give back to individuals who understood and were also on her journey. Therefore, she became a support system to individuals who participated in the Brooks Brain Injury Clubhouse in Jacksonville, Florida. She was determined to assist others with rehabilitation and integrating back into society as independent persons. In addition to helping others, Brittany also focused on graduating from high school and becoming gainfully employed. She succeeded with both.

Brittany confessed and accepted Jesus Christ at the age of 22 at the Open Arms Christian Fellowship. She was a gentle soul and a people person who loved to make others smile. Brittany was always willing to lender a listening ear to family or friends in their times of need. During her time her, she was a blessing to others and impacted so many lives. Although she is no longer with us physically, her spirit continues to be sensed.

Brittany departed this life in the late summer of 2020 at the age of 23. She was preceded in death by: paternal grandfather, Frazer Palmer; paternal grandmother, Helen Tinsley.

Brittany leaves to mourn her passing, but to cherish her memories: father, Richard Palmer; mother, Vontria (Sheldon) Williams-Mobley; sisters, Tasha Williams, Brianna Palmer, Chrystal Palmer; brothers, Aaron Wallace, Richard Palmer, Jr.; stepsister, Shelly Mobley; stepbrother, Sheldon Mobley, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Anita Williams; maternal grandfather, Lawrence Williams, Sr.; uncles, Ken Brown, Theodore (Yvonne) Brown; Lawrence Williams, Jr.; aunts, Jabrina Williams, Fannie Jackson, Pamela Clark, Shantel (DeAngelo) Eliam; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
