Britny Barker Death – Friends and other affected persons took to various social media platforms to mourn the death of their beloved friend and sister, Britny Barker who recently passed away. Britny Barker, a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia died in a tragic accident last night.

SNBC13.com reporting – According to Cherrie Finney’s statement, Morgan McCoy and her Nana are going thru a very difficult time and would appreciate any assistance to aid with the funeral expenses of Britny Barker. Cherrie Finney confirmed that Britny Barker passed away unexpectedly in a tragic accident. The nature of the accident is currently unknown. An investigation on the cause of the accident is ongoing. The statement will be provided in no distance time.

Britny Barker was a longtime resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She works at Murphy’s Irish Pub and formerly worked at Journeys, according to her Facebook profile. She was a very kind, loving, caring, and perfect soul. Her goofiness, her infectious laugh, her pure and kind heart and so much more will be missed beyond words.

This GoFundMe page was created by Jordan Hoecker of Virginia Beach, Virginia to help the family pay for funeral costs and other expenses at this difficult time. The fundraiser page “Remembering Our One And Only Barker” has raised USD 1,295 out of an $8,000 goal. Cherrie Ferebee was the most generous donor, donating $200.

A statement on the fundraising page read, “100% of the donations will be going towards funeral costs, everyday life for her Grandmother (because we all know how that woman was in her world), and again, to help them be at ease without having to stress about finances while grieving during this difficult time. Any donations are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much and I know Barker is smiling down on all of us. Rest easy baby.”

Although 2020 saw an overall reduction in Virginia’s number of traffic accidents and injuries, there was sadly an increase in the number of traffic fatalities. According to the Virginia Highway Safety Office, in 2019, a total of 128,172 accidents led to 65,708 injuries and 827 deaths. In 2020, drivers were involved in 105,600 accidents that resulted in 52,668 injuries and 847 deaths.
