Brice Prince Death – Brice Prince, an attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission has passed away suddenly. Brice Prince, a resident of Arlington, Virginia was announced dead on Saturday, the 13th of May 2023. He died at the young age of 57. He was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. Brice had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.

Who was Brice Prince?
Brice was born September 20, 1965, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Douglas Donald Prince and Karen Stroud Prince. He lived most of his childhood in Gainesville, Florida. He got his BA from Syracuse University and his law degree from Northwestern University. He married Michele Tracy Brennan in 1994, and they moved to Northern Virginia together. William was born in 1996 and Alexander in 2000. Brice was an attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission for 22 years.
Survived and preceded in death by
He is survived by his wife Michele Brennan Prince, son Alex Prince, father Doug Prince and his wife Barbara Hilton, mother Karen Prince, stepmother Becky New, aunt Debbie Prince Lewis, his siblings Brian (Stephanie) Prince, Case (Emily Worden) Prince, Francesca (Graham Killion) Prince, Britlyn Simone, and four nieces and nephews on the Prince side.
He was a beloved member of the extended Brennan family and is also survived by his in-laws Mike and Helen Brennan, sister-in-law Courtney Lee, brother-in-law Mike (Julie) Brennan, brother-in-law Patrick (Maka Gabelia) Brennan, and six nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Will. Brice will be remembered for his intellectual curiosity, kindness, and gentle spirit. He was a good husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

A funeral and reception will be held at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church (4201 Albemarle St NW, Washington, DC 20016) on Friday, May 26 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Arlington County Public Library or the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
