I always knew him as Uncle Brian. Mr. Duggan was fascinated by the Latin Mass being a proud parishioner in the Archdiocese of Washington, and the last (very lengthy!) conversation I ever had with him was about the role the Latin Mass and the sacred liturgy could play in restoring the moral order in the pro life movement and in the world as a whole. Please pray for the repose of the soul of Mr. Duggan as a personal favor, and for the family of college students and Professor Alvare he leaves to continue his work.”
