An accident that occurred near Mill Creek on Thursday evening claimed the lives of one person and left two others in critical condition. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident took place just before 5:30 p.m. on State Highway 1 close to Center Road. Bradley Vineyard, 23, of Davis, was driving his pickup truck northbound when it drove left of centre and collided with another pickup truck driven by Jayson Khoury, 23, of Ada, according to the troopers who responded to the scene.
Khoury was transported by air ambulance to a hospital in Plano, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Both Vineyard and his passenger, Brandon Vineyard, 21, from Davis, were rushed to a hospital in Oklahoma City, where they were both admitted in critical condition. Vineyard is the driver of the vehicle.
At the time of the collision, none of the three males were using seat belts, according to the troopers who were on the scene. Troopers are still investigating what led up to the crash. Mill Creek is an unincorporated community in northern Lincoln Township, LaPorte County, Indiana, United States. It lies along CR875E, east of the city of La Porte, the county seat of LaPorte County.
