Robert Wayne Lee Death – Robert Wayne Lee, a resident of Pontiac, Michigan, and a well-known vigilante called “Boopac Shakur,” passed away tragically late Friday evening, September 29th, 2023. He was 40 years old at the time of his death. He was announced dead in a social media statement that read “Eventually, I’ll find the words. I lost my brother. Thank you for reaching out but idk what to say to you. Please please please put all of your efforts and love into Boopac Shakur and his family. I will say more when I can.”

Robert Lee’s cause of death

“Boopac Shakur,” a Pontiac man who utilized social media to act as minors in order to apprehend sexual offenders, was shot and killed late on Friday night. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office reports that at approximately 10:30 p.m. Friday night, 40-year-old Robert Wayne Lee approached two males who were seated at a table in a Pontiac restaurant near the intersection of North Perry and MLK Boulevard. According to officials, after Lee hit one of the men and accused him of being a pedophile, the man took out a knife.

Lee was shot multiple times by the second man who had drawn a gun. After the two guys left the restaurant, Lee was brought to the hospital, where he eventually passed tragically from his wounds. A K-9 search for the men turned up nothing. They were taken into custody on Saturday afternoon, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

The alleged murderer was identified as Omero Diazgamez. Within the next few days, detectives anticipate turning the case over to prosecutors for charges. Police stated they believe both suspects are from Pontiac; the other suspect is eighteen, and the alleged shooter is seventeen. The other suspect’s name has not yet been made public. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest in the case. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP. Who was Robert Lee?

Robert Wayne Lee was a longtime resident of Pontiac, Michigan, and a beloved father to his daughter Ah,’vyana. He went to Northern High School and attended ITT Technical Institute, according to his social media profile. Lee has 11,000 followers on his Facebook page. Authorities claim that he uses the internet persona of a 15-year-old girl to apprehend offenders. Police claim that his page was the catalyst for several men’s arrests and the filing of criminal accusations against them.

Robert dedicated his life to protecting the innocence of children from those with malicious intentions. Through his courageous efforts, he successfully exposed 132 predators who sought to harm the community’s youth, according to a fundraising page organized by Quin Lee to raise funds to ensure Robert’s daughter Ah’vyana’s future is secure and provide her with the opportunities and education that Robert dreamt of for her.
