Bella Rae Obituary, Death : Bella Rae Durga, loving, caring, sassy, and witty daughter of Jordan and Sara (Dazey) Durga, passed away February 4, 2022, at her home in New Era, Michigan. She was born September 21, 2016, in Muskegon.
Bella was a remarkable little girl, full of fun, happiness, and a joy to be around. She had so much spunk and personality and a heart so much bigger than her little body that held it. A born leader, with a heart of passion, always looking out for her brother and a mother to everyone, including her many baby dolls and Rosie.
She was such a daddy’s girl that had a special way of making the bad days better and the good days the best days! Always a smile, a laugh, a crinkled nose or a giggle and nothing else mattered. She loved the dad jokes and always had a more sassy and witty response, she was born to lead the way and made it easy to follow her.
A mommy’s girl through and through, always a desire to snuggle, laugh, make funny faces or selfies. With an endless supply of blankets and babies, there was never a spot in the house that Bella wasn’t ready to snuggle and be silly with mommy.
As much as she was a daddy or mommy’s girl, more yet she was Nolan’s girl. The love, care, and happiness she shared with her brother was limitless. Endless nights of hide and seek, building forts, snuggling, dance parties and bossing him around, there was never a moment Bella’s love for her brother didn’t shine through and his love for her was just the same.
Bella was a “Rae of Sunshine” to everyone, but most importantly to her family who she loved and cherished every day. She loved her “Ahma” days more than anything and if it was her choice, every day would be an “Ahma” day. Always ready to get dirty at a moment’s notice, Bella loved to work on cars and tractors and play in the mud puddles with her Papa Dan.
Never afraid of a challenge, she even mastered the art of drywall and painting with her Papa Paul. Still a girly girl at heart, she loved all things pink, unicorns and dolls. She loved playing dolls with her Grammy in her room and making silly faces on the phone.
No matter what was going on, she was never too busy for trip across the street to do nails and makeup with her favorite Aunt Katie, to tease or have a never-ending conversation with her Uncle Justin or play for hours with her cousin and big brother Carson!
She was a little girl with the biggest heart and touched every life she connected with. We don’t know why or why now, but we know that Bella is in Heaven with her GG already running the show and dancing with Jesus.
