Authorities Are Attempting To Locate The Motorist Involved In Pedestrian Hit And Run: Early on Saturday morning, May 25, a hit-and-run accident in Carbondale resulted in injuries to a pedestrian on the 400 block of East Walnut Street, there was a collision around 1:47 in the morning.
The pedestrian was transferred to an emergency hospital by Carbondale Police due to non-life-threatening injuries. The woman was struck by a silver four-door car with black windows when she was crossing the street, according to the police’s investigation.
It’s thought that the suspect car has obvious damage. According to the officers, the motorist fled the area without offering assistance or leaving her contact details.
