Austin Voyles Cause Of Death, Obituary Not Yet Available – According to Lake County authorities, an 18-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle rollover accident in Wauconda on Wednesday night.
According to chicagotribune.com, Austin Voyles of Wauconda was identified by the coroner’s office on Thursday. According to authorities, the accident occurred around 10:20 p.m. in the 29300 block of North Callahan Road.
When Voyles’ 2000 Jeep Wrangler couldn’t handle a curve and ended up on the gravel shoulder, he was traveling north. He overcorrected, according to police, leading the Jeep to skid into a ditch, where it collided with several huge boulders and rolled.
Voyles was partially ejected and proclaimed dead at the scene because he was not wearing his seat belt, according to authorities. The accident’s cause is still being investigated.
