34-year-old Anthony Tinnin has been identified as the victim of Chuck E. Chinese restaurant shooting that happened on Sunday, just before 5:30 p.m.
The fatal shooting is under investigation by the police. Anthony Tinni was killed after he was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in a shopping center on the east side.
When the shooting began, parents and children were inside the family eatery. Many people turned to social media to post pictures of broken glass from a restaurant window, scattered families, and disturbance.
Around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department rushed to the restaurant on Mitthoeffer Road and Washington Street. Officers discovered the Tinni in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the site by emergency medical personnel.
